Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your access at any time, no contracts or long-term commitments are required. We do not offer refunds for unused GX credits when you cancel your access. How can I delete my account?

Yes! All plans include commercial use rights subject to rate limiting and fair use. If you're looking for the model best suited for research, invention, breakthrough and strategy, our Supreme model is specifically optimized for these use cases.
What's the real difference between your models?
Lite: gives you fast responses. Model-L: balances performance with R5-Aware. Supreme: maximizes capability for research, inventions, breakthroughs, and more. All models share our core precision, just scaled to different needs.
Is my data secure with GenXis?
Absolutely! We use military-grade encryption and never store your prompts or outputs. Your data remains completely private.

How does the bonus GX credit system work?
You get bonus GX credits for signing up to access Genxis' AI platform. Use these first. It's like having a prepaid balance that covers your startup usage.
How does your credit system benefit me?
You pay for what you use. When you first pay for access, we give you immediate bonus credits as a thank you gift (1,000-10,000 depending on the plan). Those credits carry over for as long as you keep your access active. Once you have used up your bonus credits, you prefund your account for more credits, making costs predictable and with no end of month surprises!
What happens when I exceed my bonus credits?
Our pricing is predictable and transparent. GX credits carry over for as long as you keep your access active. When you need more credits, you prefund your account with more i/o tokens for more GX credits and off you go!
Do I really get access to ALL models for under $10/month?
Yes! You pick the access payment plan that works best for you and we give you access to all our models (GenXis-Lite, GenXis-Model-L, and GenXis-Supreme.) Once you have exhausted all your GX credits you prepay for additional i/o tokens.
Do GX credits expire or carry over if I don't use them?
GX credits do not expire and will always carry over until used as long as you keep you access active. We do not offer refunds for unused GX credits. If you purchased a lifetime access plan, your GX credits will carry over and be available for use until they are used up, Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.
