1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any GenXis, Inc. services ("Services"), including but not limited to 50c.ai, genxis.baby, hey.ooo, and related APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

GenXis provides infrastructure tools for identity resolution, trust scoring, attribution, and AI-powered developer tools. Services are provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some Services require account registration. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activities under your account
Providing accurate registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Services for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
Interfere with or disrupt Services
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use Services to send spam or malicious content
Resell access without authorization

5. API Usage and Credits

API access is metered using 50c credits. Credits are non-refundable. Usage exceeding your plan limits may result in throttling or suspension. Rate limits and quotas are published in our documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided through Services remain the property of GenXis, Inc. You retain ownership of your data and content you submit through Services.

7. Privacy

Your use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. GenXis does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

GenXis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or through Services.
