1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of genxis.com, gavel.genxis.com, the GenXis Gavel dashboard, API, CLI usage against the API, accounts, credits, paid findings, forms, and related documentation. By using the site or service you agree to them. If you use Gavel for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.
2. Product availability
The public Gavel API, dashboard, documentation, CLI package, and pricing shown on the Gavel pages describe the currently presented service surface and may still change. Other GenXis capabilities, account-scoped verifier policies, custom verification contracts, integrations, and roadmap materials may be experimental, private, or pre-release unless a signed agreement says otherwise. The materials are informational and are not a promise that any feature, service, price, or schedule will remain available.
3. Waitlist and strategic partner forms
Submitting a form does not guarantee a response, early access, product availability, or any commercial relationship. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
4. Accounts, credentials, and artifacts
You are responsible for your account, API keys, secrets, usage, and artifacts submitted under your credentials. Keep API keys in a server-side secret store, CI secret manager, or local terminal environment. Do not place API keys in browser code, public repositories, chat transcripts, or logs. You retain ownership of artifacts you submit, and you grant GenXis the limited rights needed to receive, process, store, verify, reproduce, secure, bill for, support, and improve operation of the Gavel service.
Do not submit artifacts you are not authorized to process, regulated personal data unless covered by a written agreement, live third-party secrets, malware intended to harm the service, or material that would violate law or another party's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site and service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the site or API, bypass authentication, rate limits, billing, or verifier controls, submit spam or malicious content, interfere with other customers, scrape private data, reverse engineer non-public service internals, or misrepresent your affiliation with GenXis.
6. Billing, credits, and taxes
Gavel may include onboarding credits and paid catch credits. Unless the checkout page or a written agreement says otherwise, credits are applied only to eligible certified findings and are not cash, stored value, or transferable currency. Pass, denied, malformed, duplicate, timed-out, and unverified outcomes are not billed as certified findings under the published pricing description.
Stripe or another payment provider may process checkout and calculate applicable taxes. You are responsible for taxes, payment information, and charges incurred under your account. Report billing disputes or suspected errors promptly through the dashboard contact path, the homepage form, or privacy@genxis.com if the issue includes personal data. Refunds are discretionary unless required by law or a written agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, throttle requests, revoke credentials, or refuse submissions if we believe use is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, unpaid, security-sensitive, or inconsistent with these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Some receipts, ledgers, logs, billing records, and security records may be retained after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability and verification limits
Gavel is provided as a bounded verification service, not as a guarantee of complete correctness, complete security, regulatory compliance, or production readiness. A receipt verifies the recorded signature and subject binding for the named evidence; it does not expand the claim beyond the receipt's claim ceiling. Missing receipts, failed transport, invalid signatures, timeouts, and unavailable verifier output are not passes.
We aim to operate the service responsibly, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent retention, or compatibility with every workflow unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
The site, the GenXis name and logo, design, copy, and software belong to GenXis or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond ordinary viewing. Feedback may be used by GenXis without restriction unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
For self-service and controlled beta use, do not submit confidential material unless you are comfortable with the handling described in the Privacy Policy or have a separate written agreement with GenXis. Where a written agreement defines confidentiality, data processing, support, or retention obligations, that written agreement controls for that engagement.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains public-page measurement, Gavel artifacts, account records, payment metadata, operational logs, and provider use.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. GenXis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, revenue, savings, or opportunities, arising from use of the site or service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for site and service use will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid GenXis for Gavel in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify GenXis against claims arising from your unlawful use, submitted artifacts, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the site or service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the form on the homepage.
